A KING HAS PASSED . . .

The amazing and visionary Frank Frazetta has passed away at 82.

When I was around 12 years old, my parents were kind enough to see I had an aptitude and artistic talent and enrolled me in a class after school with a teacher who showed me one painting that changed the game for me, little did I know it was Frank Frazetta. Oddly enough it was the Atlantis piece which still, along with many others, inspires me today.

Thanks Frank.

Ah! For many, he was the sole reason for taking up art.

Rest in peace...

Hey Mark,
A sad day for all of us. The man could tap into the reptilian brain like no other. Thanks for the visit. Somehow, your kind note was deleted before I had a chance to leave an answer.
Cheers.
