Sketchbook Series: New Book 03

Here's just a few more sketches from my new sketchbook. I have been cranking on some work lately, and because of that I have not had too much time other than just a few sketches here and there. But it's been a nice release to get out to a few local places and do some quick doodling.
HAPPY FRIDAY,

MAC

I usually try to limit the number of tools that I bring with me. I have been trying to only use the bluntness of a Tombo pen (both sides), a few Prismacolor pens (usually two cool/warm pen with a 30% difference between them) to add some depth and minimal lighting, and either a blue or red Colerase pencil. But, this time I brought just a few more options and got a little more carried away. My intention of these Skechbook sketches is not to get caught up in design and over excentuating the design aspect of capturing life, but to capture life, drama, the events (little stories unfolding), and beauty of the day-to-day lifes that pass in front of us as we go about our own.

A little wordy, but . . . . .Best,

MAC
